Monthly Subscription Agreement

1. Subscription Overview

By signing up for a subscription on Sique Essentials you agree to a recurring monthly delivery of curated beauty products, which may include body creams, body scrubs, lip scrubs, and soaps.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Recurring Charge: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically every month on the [e.g., 1st or 15th] day.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to you via email.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Schedule: Orders are shipped within 3 business days after a successful payment.

  • Address Changes: It is the customer's responsibility to update shipping addresses at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an outdated address.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

  • Refunds: Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we generally do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged, please contact siqueessentials@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

5. Product Safety & Allergies

  • Ingredients: A full list of ingredients is provided on each product. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients for potential allergens.

  • Patch Test: We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use of any new body cream or scrub.

6. Term & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment or fraudulent activity.
